The 11th annual NYC Real Estate Expo is October 24, 2019 at the NY Hilton Midtown located at 1335 Avenue of the Americas - NYC.

[buildee](http://buildee.com) will be hosting booth #255 in the exhibition hall and speaking during two sessions. Please come see buildee CEO Oliver Davis and buildee Head of Product Matt Brown speak and find out about some of the new capabilities of the buildee software platform while also learning about other key trends in NYC Commercial Real Estate.

buildee is the trusted source for Strategic Energy Management, Data Centralization, and Energy Investment Planning for the City of New York. The buildee software platform rapidly identifies and prioritizes projects across a portfolio and will increase rent prices, tenancy & space utilization, cap rate, building value, and ROI while reducing OpEx. All for a fraction of the cost of hiring an engineering firm.

buildee CEO Oliver Davis will be on a panel session in the Murray Hill East room at 9:30am discussing The Climate Laws & NYC Properties with a focus on hardware and software solutions to meet the mandates of the Climate Mobilization Act. buildee will then have a solo presentation in the Murray Hill East room at 10:15am which will expand on the mandates of the Climate Mobilization Act and touch on portfolio energy efficiency investment planning and how to add value to a portfolio of buildings while streamlining compliance.

The Real Estate Expo has informational sessions about topics spanning all aspects of real estate in New York. The event will bring together top commercial and residential real estate professionals for a day of networking, panel discussions and exhibiting.

Educational sessions and panel discussions with key industry leaders and influencers will take place in 3 lecture halls throughout the day. The sessions will offer:

- Reflections on the state and future market
- Need-to-know trends
- Advice for implementing new technologies and strategies

The event also includes the NYC Tech Expo, featuring many technology start-ups that service the real estate industry, and the NYC Finance Expo – a big hit for over 5 years. In addition to the opportunity to meet and connect with over 4,500 industry leaders, you’ll be able to visit 150+ Exhibitor booths (buildee Booth #255), hear remarks and attend forums featuring high level presenters who will bring you up to speed on the current New York City market – a world unto itself – and offer pointers that can help boost your bottom line.
