With 18+ years in Cleantech, Bryan Conklin is a veteran in the renewables and energy efficiency space – holding executive roles with BP Solar, Mainstream Energy/REC Solar, AES, and several others; while also having launched his own cleantech startup Resurgent Energy.  He now serves as the CEO and President of simuwatt – the producers of the buildee energy efficiency platform that supports energy savings and reduced carbon emissions in the built environment.

His industry expertise is complimented by several years in management consulting and technology.  Bryan was a Manager within Accenture’s Strategic Services practice advising Fortune 500 clients on business and strategy matters both domestically and internationally; and also served as the Group Director of Strategy for AGENCY.COM an internet consulting firm that subsequently went public on NASDAQ.  In addition to these roles, Bryan has held numerous marketing and strategy roles with Fortune 500 companies and startups across varied industries.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rutgers University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, and has continued his marketing and strategy education through executive curriculums at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.  When not working, Bryan is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, hiker, camper, and aspiring gourmet chef.
